ANSWER: Because we have the best licensed inflatables, we offer competitive prices and daily price specials, and our customer service is second to none! QUESTION: Do you require a deposit?

ANSWER: Yes, we require a $100.00 deposit.

QUESTION: Is my deposit refundable?

ANSWER: YES! We will cheerfully refund your deposit IN FULL should you need to cancel your rental. Not many will do that. Check the other party rental places and come back to the best! We strive to be NUMBER ONE in customer service!

QUESTION: What forms of payment do you accept?

ANSWER: We accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Visa, and Mastercard.

QUESTION: What are your hours of operation?

ANSWER: We are open seven days a week. Our hours are 9AM to 7PM. Many other party rental places are not open on the weekends. We are here for you!

QUESTION: When will you arrive to set up?

ANSWER: In most cases we will arrive an hour before your event starts. In some cases, depending on how busy we are and if the area is secure, we may go ahead and set up the evening before your event. Other party rental centers only set up about 30 minutes prior to your event, not leaving any room for error. You can count on Emerald Coast Party Rentals to be on time!

QUESTION: How far in advance do I need to book a rental?

ANSWER: A good rule of thumb is to book at least 2-3 weeks in advance, but depending on how busy we are, we may be able to accomodate you with only 24 hours notice. Call us at 850-785-4280 and see what we have available.
